Gonna play a TINY BIT of devils advocate here. To start, there are reputable doctors you can find on Facebook and plenty of plastic surgery sites. Just go for a consultation, be direct, upfront and VERY clear about what you want. Make no room for mistakes and don’t be coy, you’re too late for that by that point. If they refuse simply find someone who is willing to accommodate your ask, you’ll find one eventually.
Now. For the devils advocate part. Be very, VERY sure this is what you want. And what SHE wants. If a doctor refuses your request and tries to talk you down to a smaller size, simply thank them for their time and leave. Don’t get huffy and don’t start a drawn out arguement. They are about to put a person on a slab, cut them open and stitch them back together. If they don’t feel comfortable about a certain size, don’t push it.
They may also refuse for another reason. I understand this is a fetish sub, but that is a very important distinction I just made. It’s a FETISH.
