I am sticking with silicone. They are sturdier ie longer lasting (saline has more ruptures than silicone), the whole silicone/saline implant vs car video, the video with the large ie strong man squeezing an implant with a cut to within an inch only to get a small amount of silicone that poked out but went back in once the pressure was removed ( dont think my implants would be squeezed like that), I prefer the feel, less chance of ripples.
The weight difference between silicone and saline implants is negligable. For 800cc implant a saline weighs 1.68 vs 1.84 silicone.
