I love the premise of this story. Girl next door develops a medical condition that makes her grow whilst doing ordinary things. The potential for random adventures during her normal day sounds fun, especially if she meets that special someone who begins to stir passionate feelings in her too, lots of fun situations, especially, once she clues them in on it and they begin to have their own fun with her condition too.
