Watch as my hands glide over these walls, slowly coating every word of integrity and compassion in a thick, wet layer of prison gray. There’s something so deliciously naughty about erasing history with every stroke of my brush, turning these cold FBI corridors into my own dark playground. The way the paint clings to the surface is as seductive as the blind loyalty I’m making room for, leaving a finish that’s smooth, hard, and impossibly deep. I love the way the dread feels in the air as I work, a slow-burning tension that makes every movement feel like a dirty little secret we share. Come closer and see if you can handle the heat of a metaphor this provocative, or better yet, come check out what else I can do with a little bit of white paint. I’m waiting for you to join me in the shadows—tell me, do you have what it takes to be as loyal as I am?
Looking at this picture makes me feel a sense of dread. I wonder how the person who’s painting over those positive affirmations feels…
If you didn’t tell me this was an FBI building, I would’ve thought it was any high school in the US.
This is what is known in the business as a “metaphor”.
Oh yeah bringing back that prison gray.
The FBI’s core values, including integrity, compassion, fairness, and allegiance to the Constitution – and oh, yeah, diversity, are being painted over at the FBI Academy. Source: NYT.

New core values. Loyalty, unwavering loyalty, blind loyalty, unquestioning loyalty and obey.
I’m surprised they’re not using white paint
