Just fyi, for people who never used photoshop, this kind of editing is done in photoshop but not exactly how the video shows. The video looks to me like an animation made afterwards to show how the designer takes parts from the picture to “remove” objects. This is just a demonstration of the editing process, not the actual process itself. It makes it look like you just brush, drag, move objects and boom, but that’s not how it goes. Takes hours of editing. Still, very amusing to see!
