I would recommend if you get your hair bleached, you get it done every 4 to 6 weeks as it grows in very fast, getting highlights is a little more costly but means when it grows back in it’s way less harsh and you can go for longer. I get mine done at the salon. I have extensions in my hair so my routine is a little different. But I recommend buying a good toning shampoo, I use either Fanola or Fudge and it gets my hair very light, just be careful leaving it on too much as it can turn it silver or purple. I usually put a drop into my regular shampoo so it isn’t as strong. You can also get toning hair masks. You could also ask for something like Wella T18 toner on, but talk to a hairdresser first. With things like bleaching I’d always say to go to a salon. As for washing my hair I do it once every other day, and condition the ends. Once a week I’ll use an oiling treatment or a hair mask💖
