Nope. They're still a girl even if they have a penis. Gender and sex aren't the same thing. Gender is what you identify as mentally (Male, female, neither, both) and sex is usually one or the other. Your sex is defined by what parts you have, but the gender is what a person is considered by. Just because they line up 99.5% of the time doesn't make them the same thing and it's about that 0.5% of the time that it's important to remember that.
