I believe OP got the pic off the internet, so this is publicly available. It's not like he was an ex boyfriend and posted the pic. In some type of revenge (my initial thoughts). Now the story is she was a teacher, so yes, you would imagine she values anonymity if she's going to post naked pics of herself. My guess is that she took this face pic just for her boyfriend/husband and someone got a hold of it. Just a guess.
