no seriously though, the ABCDE... sizes are relative to the chest size measured UNDER the boobs.
They are not absolute measurements. Bra (chest size) is.
Why sometimes E boobs look huge and sometimes E boobs look small?
TIL there is a whole science around boob sizes and measurements. I clearly took the wrong turn in my school career in retrospect.
