I don't care for it much personally. It doesn't harm others, is legal and in no way affects me. I don't really care one way or the other and it seems pretty lame to judge people on their fetishes so long it causes no harm to themselves or others.

In that sub they're posing, in OP's picture she's caught off guard.
The people having their pictures taken are in public which means they don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy, taking photos is therefore legal and the photographer has the rights to the images. I, like you, may not like what they're doing with them but they're allowed to do it.
