Reposts make the front page in this sub because new users come here who haven't seen the old content and upvote it. Just because you've seen it doesn't make it old or overused. Someone somewhere will appreciate it, what's so bad about that? Its not like gifs are getting reposted daily to the front page

I am baffled at the fact that I could not access such a wonderful plethora of images merely 10 years ago without some serious digging around the internet......
