Don't know sauce but, it's Tehmeena Afzal. One of my friends used to go to school with her in Queens, NY where she played softball on the school team. One of my coworkers is/was her neighbor on LI. Her Pakistani parents apparently disowned her because of her way of dressing and her becoming a model, from what I heard. She's been in many music videos, mainly in hip hop.
