Yikes? Seems stupid obvious to me. If she was flawless then she wouldn't want to change anything about herself. And maybe you've never been up close with fake boobs, but they are NOT as nice as the real thing. Plus scars. Plus an average 10 year shelf life before needing replacement. It may be nicer than what she had before, but by default surgical procedures mean that "flawless" is off the table.
