That's easy. You create a different layer and shop that layer. Then you erase the warped stuff in the background of that layer revealing the unwarped background of the original that is 'under' it.
The shops you see on the internet are just made by people too lazy to erase a bit.
Not shopped, just the way she's standing. Her hips are almost perpendicular to her shoulders and she's leaning forward. Gives the illusion of small hips.
