Edit: just noticed the weird extra line on her back.

It is just a weird shadow due to the overhead diffused lights and the position of her arm. Shadow cast darkens what is beneath it, the shoot lights make the rest of her back bright.
Should it be partially transparent? Also that's a weird angle for an arm to be and you would see the rest of the arm.
Edit: also if you look at her left anterior deltoid, it's angled forward in the same way as the arm closest to the camera, which would imply the rest of her arm is posed in the same fashion.
If its NicoleNudes, I've shot her a number of times (My shots are in her port). Super nice girl and very easy to work with.
