Yeah there are legit places there for cheap, but a lot of girls get lured in by the price and don't really look at the results, which can result in bigger scars, uneven placement/settlement, among other problems
it's sad that so many people have this misconception of implants, if they are done properly and with proper aftercare, they feel very very real
