Well some versions like the Spanish one are famous for on-camera nudity and sex. Never watched them because of the language barrier. There's also a new dating show in Holland where all the candidates are supposed to be naked. Only have heard of that one, not seen it, but as far as your "more masturbation" request goes, it's probably only a matter of time for BB-style shows.
Just that one picture is already more worthwhile to watch than the entire season of Big Brother she was on!

I'm not in the UK and I don't follow the kind of gossip/nude magazine circuit these ex-BB people end up in after they leave the house, but I've followed BB UK for a number of years now and I mostly like to watch it because it's such a trainwreck. She was a pretty entertaining housemate, but I think we honestly were all just waiting for her to do nude photo shoots.
