I'd say they were pretty normal looking after about 8 weeks. They were crazy high up in the beginning because of how small my natural breasts were and it was quite a large size increase for my first augmentation. I looked like a quarterback for the first fortnight. But the forums I visit and the surgeon said some women do not get their final result until a year out from the surgery.
